We can only see people in two ways, in the flesh and in the spirit. Our flesh can only see their flesh and our spirit can see past the flesh into what God is doing in them. If we look to Jesus in the flesh we will fall into the category as the Pharisees and Saul. But if we look to Jesus with our spirit we will see Him like Paul, Peter and God does! Then we will be able to see others as the way Jesus sees them as someone loved enough to die for. (James 2:19, 1 Corinthians 9, John 3:11-13)
