Philippians 4:5 (CSB) Let your graciousness be known to everyone. The Lord is near.

New living translation says it this way, Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon.

Do we consider others before our selves (Philippians 2:3-4)? Do we go out of our way to help someone? Do we show God's grace to everyone we know? Or are we deciding to take revenge into our own hands (Deuteronomy 32:35)? Do we serve people with a desire to see all people come to the saving grace of Jesus, not to our gain but theirs (1 Corinthians 9:19, Mark 10:45)?

  1. People don't do this near enough, especially Christians. This type of behavior should come natural to anyone who is "letting their light shine". We need to make a conscious effort every day to go out of our way to help people. Eventually, it will become habit.
