Do you think God has given us freedom in Christ to do our own thing? No! He wants us to follow His rules, His commands, His plans, His guidance. It's time to wake up christian and do what he expects of us. He expects us to be His spotless bride washed in His blood, His Word, His Spirit. When we obey our parents they should reward us. When we disobey our parents they should correct us. God is the same way but instead of should He says He will reward us and punish us. He does not wait till you mess up once and poof He's done with you but He will correct until He gets the outcome He expects. He does not wait till we get to heaven to reward us. But instead He gives us a life full of abundance when we obey. Do not get me wrong we will face trials and tough times but God is in that too to be there for you to trust and lean on Him.
