Romans 5:11 (CSB) And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received this reconciliation.

Salvation is something to rejoice over. The God that made the universe wants to spend time with the sinful rebellious people He created. He wants to spend Eternity with us. He wants us there in His holy chambers. God wants people. How cool is that! How exciting is that! God demonstrates His love for us through Jesus (Romans 5:8). God so loves the people of the World that He let go of His son Jesus to bring people to heaven (John 3:16). Jesus’ death reconciled us to God and Jesus’ life will bring us to God. God planted a garden for the first man and woman to take care of and then God walked through the garden to talk with them. But then sin separated that Relationship and God kicked them out. But God promised to send a redeemer to mankind to crush the head of the serpent (Genesis 2,3). Jesus is that redeemer. All because God Loves us!

The one who does not love does not know God, because God is love.

God showed us his love now we aught to love Him back. We show Him our love by obeying what He commands. The more we obey the more He shows us His Love. The more we see His love that more we want to love and obey Him.
