Romans 5:8 (CSB) But God proves his own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

I love any “but God” verse. It shows us how God intervenes in the life of a person. This verse is no exception but only that He is intervening in the lives of all people. He is showing us His undivided adoration of people. He is proving to us that He loves us unconditionally. He loves us but the matter of sin needs to be forgiven to restore fellowship with us. He does not ask that we find a way to to become saints before coming to Him. He provides us a way to become holy in order to come into His Holy chamber.

Now it is our turn to show Him our limited love. We have to show God our love by being obediant to him. Four times in John 14 Jesus says that “if you love me you will obey me” (15,21,23,24). The ones who does the will of God is His brothers and sisters (Mark 3:35).

Luke 6:43-46 (CSB) 43 "A good tree doesn't produce bad fruit; on the other hand, a bad tree doesn't produce good fruit. 44 "For each tree is known by its own fruit. Figs aren't gathered from thornbushes, or grapes picked from a bramble bush. 45 "A good person produces good out of the good stored up in his heart. An evil person produces evil out of the evil stored up in his heart, for his mouth speaks from the overflow of the heart. 46 "Why do you call me 'Lord, Lord,' and don't do the things I say?
