“Reject a divisive person after a first and second warning, knowing that such a person is perverted and sins, being self-condemned.” ‭‭Titus‬ ‭3:10-11‬ ‭HCSB‬‬

God dislikes division among brothers and sisters. God is the example of unity. God the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirt all are one and work together in unity to accomplish the Mind of God. Jesus prayed in the garden that we all would be unified (John 17:21). And then when we walk together unified the devil has no chance against us.

“You will pursue your enemies, and they will fall before you by the sword. Five of you will pursue 100, and 100 of you will pursue 10,000; your enemies will fall before you by the sword.”

When we allow divisions to separate the Body of Christ we become weaker and less productive for the Kingdom. We will let more division to come against us. But if we can stand with each other we can strengthen our brothers and sisters in the faith to stand!

“Therefore, let us observe the feast, not with old yeast or with the yeast of malice and evil but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.”

In the military they suppress fear as much as possible because if they don’t then one person will begin to spread fear through the whole army and then they will not be unified when their fears show up and they will flee before their enemy. But rather they keep fear suppressed and then when fear is realized they can all stand unified and fight. The soldier on his right and left has got his back and he has their backs. So much more with the Body of Christ. We all have a duty to our fellow brothers and sisters to lift them up in prayer and cover them in their weaknesses.

“How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in harmony!”
