“The Father, in fact, judges no one but has given all judgment to the Son, so that all people will honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Anyone who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.” John 5:22-23 HCSB
“If anyone hears My words and doesn’t keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. The one who rejects Me and doesn’t accept My sayings has this as his judge: The word I have spoken will judge him on the last day.”

“Reach a settlement quickly with your adversary while you’re on the way with him, or your adversary will hand you over to the judge, the judge to the officer, and you will be thrown into prison.”

How can I reconcile these three verses. The first says that God does not judge but Jesus is the one who judges based on what the Father says. The second says that Jesus does not judge but the Words of Jesus does judge because we don’t listen to Jesus. The third implies that we are to make peace with Jesus while we are here on the earth so that God does not throw us into eternal punishment only designed for the Devil and his angles. The best is that God does still judge but His ruling is based on the Words of Jesus. And Jesus does not rule with out the advice of God. All the while the Holy Spirit has been sent to us to Help us to follow Jesus’ words and He goes to Jesus and the Father to speak on our behalf. So all three, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, does in fact work together to Judge us based on the Words of Jesus.
While we are not christians, or not living according the words of Jesus, Jesus is our accuser. And God is our judge. After we become a Christian Jesus then becomes our defense attorney with the help of the Holy Spirit. And God judges us. The Devil is then our accuser trying his hardest to convince God that we are unfit to be Christians.
“So the great dragon was thrown out — the ancient serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, the one who deceives the whole world. He was thrown to earth, and his angels with him. Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: The salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Messiah have now come, because the accuser of our brothers has been thrown out: the one who accuses them before our God day and night. They conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they did not love their lives in the face of death. Therefore rejoice, you heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the earth and the sea, for the Devil has come down to you with great fury, because he knows he has a short time.”

What will it before you? Will you have Jesus as your accuser, or defense? Will you have the devil as your accuser or defense. You can’t have it both ways. You have to pick. Choose God and Live or choose the devil and become trapped by him into his punishment.
“I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish that you were cold or hot. So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I am going to vomit you out of My mouth.”
