“For I, Yahweh your God, hold your right hand and say to you: Do not fear, I will help you.” Isaiah 41:13 HCSB

How can God hold us in His right hand and yet hold our right hand? If we are walking side by side He would be holding our left hand. If we run back to Him for help then He can hold our right hand. Or He can wrap His arm around us so that His right arm is across our body and He is hold on to us with His right hand. Either way it is a comforting jester that God is holding us.  Telling us to not fear the world. Telling us to stop fighting on our own, he will help us.

When He is holding our right hand He is telling us to stop fighting under our own power but trust Him to take care of it. God’s got this. He is bigger then your fight and can bring you above it. He is bigger then your failures. He is bigger then your successes. He is bigger then your victories. He is all we need. He is Yahweh your God

“Don’t fear those who kill the body but are not able to kill the soul; rather, fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”

“My sheep hear My voice, I know them, and they follow Me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish — ever! No one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all. No one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.”
