“I don’t say this out of need, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am.” Philippians 4:11 HCSB
Paul would be content with or without the help he received from the Philippians. He knew how to make due with what he had. But he was also happy to have their help. He knew that God would take care of all that he needed.
God supplies all our needs. He knows what we need long before we ask. He knows. Are we content with what God has given us, or are we continually striving after more and better? Praise God for what you have and ask Him to provide for what you need or want.
“Don’t be like them, because your Father knows the things you need before you ask Him.”
