“Yet I call this to mind, and therefore I have hope:” Lamentations 3:21 HCSB

Jeremiah remembers a truth about God to get him past his hurts and burdens. What does God use to bring you hope? Has he given you a truth from His word? Does He remind you of a prophesy for your future? Does He bring a friend continually into your path that will encourage the dickens out of you? Does God just touch you with His presence? 

When you are facing a time when you feel there is nothing to hope for stop and count your blessings and see how good God has been to you.
