“As a pregnant woman about to give birth writhes and cries out in her pains, so we were before You, Lord. We became pregnant, we writhed in pain; we gave birth to wind. We have won no victories on earth, and the earth’s inhabitants have not fallen.” Isaiah 26:17-18 HCSB

We have tried to do things our own way, but they have yielded no fruit, no repentance, no one has been added to your kingdom like what was see the first years of your kingdom. We have retreaded into our own four walls and forgot to come out to the world. 

They need to hear that You are the creator God and you want to create a new person in them. They need to hear that You Love them beyond what they love here on earth. They need to hear that Jesus is the Way to you. they need to hear the Jesus is the Truth. His Truth is eternally set in stone tablets. They need to hear that Jesus is the Life. the world offers a life that we usually regret the next morning. Jesus’ life is not eating and drinking, but Joy in the Holy Spirit. 

Help us your church to do things your way again. Help us to give birth to people who are excited to follow you. Help us to give birth to new creatures for you. Help us to give birth to some thing that has substance to it for you, and not the wind. We have done a miserable job reflecting You, Your Life, Your Truth, Your Way. 

Help us to be the spotless bride that you are calling to yourself in these last days. Help the world to fall on its knees in this last day revival, in repentance. You will make every knee bow one day but is better for us to bow to You now willingly and not made to bow latter because we will be in your presence. 

Holy Sprit go into the hearts of those people around us and open their hearts to be ready to welcome the Son. Jesus go to those who have no christian to tell them who You are like you have have been doing to the Muslims. God send us, your church, out to the lost and dying world around us. So that we may preach repentance. So that we may make disciples of all nations, starting here were we are. So that we may be a positive witness for you. 

Equip us to accomplish Your call, Your will. Give us a desire for your word.  Give us a love for the people of this world. Help us to sow good seed into the good ground you have prepared for us. 

Help us, Lord, to finish the race that you have set before us. Help us to cast off all the sin that is holding us back and help us to put on the fruit of the Spirit, and the armor of battle. Our battle is not against you or against people, but it is against the devil, whom we have no power to fight against with out You.

Lord, you have not forgotten your people, but your people have forgotten you. Return us to our first love, You. Help us to stop playing adultery with You and return to You as submissive servants who love our master. Help us to desire You as our husband. Help us to see You as our ABBA Father, our Daddy. Help us to have the faith of a child and the determination of someone who has their mind made up to follow You wherever You lead us.

God not our wills be done but Your will only. In Jesus name let it done for us as we have prayed, amen.
