God raised Jesus up by His Spirit because He was Perfect. He had no sin and therefore could not stay dead. By this same Spirit God is raising up our bodies in Christ, through the Holy Spirit so that we may live for Him.
Life is found in God. Too often we search the world for life, but what we find is a momentary pleasure. But in God, we find a real meaningful life, life with a purpose.

The devil tries to steal our life by making us live in condemnation, but there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ because Christ has come to give us life in abundance.
There is a difference between condemnation and guilt. Condemnation will keep us down and guilt will help us repent, then get back up to live for God. God wants everyone to come to Him through Jesus in repentance faith. The Holy Spirit prompts us to repent for the sins Jesus died for 2000 years ago. Jesus stands ready to welcome us. And God is actively loving us into His presence.
“Now I rejoice, not because you were grieved, but because your grief led to repentance. For you were grieved as God willed, so that you didn’t experience any loss from us. For godly grief produces a repentance not to be regretted and leading to salvation, but worldly grief produces death.”
