“For if the message spoken through angels was legally binding and every transgression and disobedience received a just punishment, how will we escape if we neglect such a great salvation?” Hebrews 2:2-3a HCSB
Hebrews 1:14 says: “Are they (angels) not all ministering spirits sent out to serve those who are going to inherit salvation?” God has messenger angels and warrior angels who are to either deliver a message or come to your aid in a battle against Satan. So if an angel was to come and give us a message it would be straight from God and would be God’s words. So, therefore, it would be reliable as God’s word.
God has promised that every transgression and disobedience will receive a just punishment. We cannot get away from God knowing about it. We cannot hide it from God. So the best way to avoid just punishment is to obey what God tells you to do.
So since angels bring us God’s word and sin has consequences, How can we escape if we neglect Salvation? We can’t there is no way for us to reconcile to God without the salvation offered by Jesus. Others may claim you can by doing this or paying that, but only Jesus has paid the price set on our soul to save us.
“In those days I, Daniel, was mourning for three full weeks. I didn’t eat any rich food, no meat or wine entered my mouth, and I didn’t put any oil on my body until the three weeks were over.
“Don’t be afraid, Daniel,” he said to me, “for from the first day that you purposed to understand and to humble yourself before your God, your prayers were heard. I have come because of your prayers. But the prince of the kingdom of Persia opposed me for 21 days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me after I had been left there with the kings of Persia.”

“When all has been heard, the conclusion of the matter is: fear God and keep His commands, because this is for all humanity. For God will bring every act to judgment, including every hidden thing, whether good or evil.”
