“He did not even spare His own Son but offered Him up for us all; how will He not also with Him grant us everything?” Romans 8:32 HCSB

God did not spare one detail in his love toward us. He has not held back anything saying, “They cannot have this part of My love.” He gave up even his own son to die for us. Jesus took upon himself our sin debt so that we can be in God’s love. He has proved His love for us that while we were drowing in our pool of sin and gult He saved us (Romans 5:8). God loves us so much that He was willing to send Jesus who was perfect and had no sin and gult to die apon the cross. God did not have to but He wanted to. He wishes everyone to accept the price Jesus paid to reconcile us to God.

““For God loved the world in this way: He gave His One and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world that He might condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. Anyone who believes in Him is not condemned, but anyone who does not believe is already condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the One and Only Son of God.”

John 3:16-18 HCSB

So how do we accept Jesus?

“If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. One believes with the heart, resulting in righteousness, and one confesses with the mouth, resulting in salvation.”

Romans 10:9-10 HCSB

First we must confess that Jesus is our boss, Lord. We must be willing to do what He says through His word, the Bible.

Second, we must believe that God did not leave him dead in the earth, but that He raised Jesus back to life. Because Jesus was perfect and guiltless death could not keep Him.

And third, we must acknowledge that we are guilty of volating one or more God’s commands. Which commands? For starters God’s top ten.

1.  Love God with all your heart

2.  Do not worship idols

3.  Keep sunday holy

4.  Do not cuss using God’s name

5.  Honor your father and mother

6.  Do not steal

7.  Do not commit adultery

8.  Do not be a false witness

9.  Do not murder

10.  Do not covet anything that someone else has (Exodus 20)

To make it simpler Love the Lord God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. And Love people like you would love yourself (Matthew 22:37-39).

Jesus gave up his life for us so that we could live for and with God.

Will you consider giving your life to God and let him use you as he sees fit?

If so please pray something like this.

“God, I see that you gave up Your son Jesus to die in my place because You love me. I welcome Jesus into my life. Forgive me of all my sins and guilts. I want to live for you because You died for me. Fill me up and use me for the rest of my days here on earth. “

If you prayed this today, let someone know. Do not keep your faith hidden but let Jesus shine out of you. Welcome to the most important relationship you can ever have. Right now know that there is a party of great rejoicing in Heaven because another person has joined the family of God. And now consider picking up a bible and start reading it starting with Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John. And also go to Church this Sunday so that you can worship God with other people who have been welcomed into the Family of God.
