“I assure you: Whoever does not welcome the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” ‭‭Mark‬ ‭10:15‬ ‭HCSB‬‬

Welcoming the kingdom of God! Is the kingdom of God welcome in our houses, jobs, cars, and lives? Is God the Father welcome in our life? Is His Son, Jesus, welcome in our everyday life? Is God the Holy Spirit welcome into our life decisions? Is what God is up to welcome in our to-do list today? Is the Kingdom of God first on our list every day? If so then keep it up! If not why not? When we welcome the Kingdom of God as a Child we do not question if God says to do this or that! 

A story is told of a couple of young men who attended a church revival and God saved. And during the message, they heard that Christians are to go and heal the sick. So that night they left the revival and went to the hospital and began praying for the sick room by room. That night everyone got healed and saved. Finally, the hospital asked them how they were doing such miracles and healing everyone. They replied that the bible commanded them to do it. They welcomed the kingdom of God openly as a child would. They did not let their past defeat them or they did not overthink it, they just obeyed God at His word.

“The one who welcomes you welcomes Me, and the one who welcomes Me welcomes Him who sent Me. Anyone who welcomes a prophet because he is a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward. And anyone who welcomes a righteous person because he’s righteous will receive a righteous person’s reward. And whoever gives just a cup of cold water to one of these little ones because he is a disciple — I assure you: He will never lose his reward! ”
