The mystery was made known to me by revelation, as I have briefly written above.Ephesians 3:3 HCSB

What is the mystery that Paul wrote above?

But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love that He had for us,  made us alive with the Messiah even though we were dead in trespasses. You are saved by grace! Together with Christ Jesus He also raised us up and seated us in the heavens,  so that in the coming ages He might display the immeasurable riches of His grace through His kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For you are saved by grace through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is God’s gift — not from works, so that no one can boast.

Salvation! But to explain it more it is the process that God went through to execute the reconciliation of us back to Him as it was back in The Garden with Adam and Eve.

Through God's grace, He sent Jesus to be born of women, live a perfect life in flesh like us, beaten, crucified on the cross of Calvery, buried in a borrowed tomb, risen from the dead, and to sit at the right hand of God holding the keys to death and hell that He rightly took back from the devil. All because God loves us so much.

On this resurrection week let us take time to reflect on this truth. Let us approach Resurrection Sunday full of hope and life because He lives for us. Let us walk into Church on Sunday full of praise and love for God who gives us salvation freely out of His grace.

Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, so that everyone who believes in Him will have eternal life.
“For God loved the world in this way: He gave His One and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world that He might condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. Anyone who believes in Him is not condemned, but anyone who does not believe is already condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the One and Only Son of God.

Look at how great a love the Father has given us that we should be called God’s children. And we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it didn’t know Him.
