In Him (God) we have boldness and confident access through faith in Him (Jesus). Ephesians 3:12 HCSB
In God, we have boldness.
In God, we have confident access.
Through faith in Jesus.
Without God, we have weakness and slavery. Without faith in Jesus, we have the same things. Because we have faith in Jesus we have boldness and confident access to God. We have hope. Not a passive hope like, "I hope it all works out", But an aggressive hope like, "I am believing God will work it all out!"
Praise the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. According to His great mercy, He has given us a new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead

God does not leave us orphans, but He has called us sons and daughters to give us hope. We are not serving a god who can sorta be known and who could care less about us, but only what we will do for it. We serve a living God who created us and everything around us for our enjoyment and wants and plans the very best for us.
There are many things that we can hope in and be certain we have: salvation, access to God's throne, answered prayers, and God's love for us.
I have written these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life. Now, this is the confidence we have before Him: Whenever we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

So that everyone who believes in Him will have eternal life. “For God loved the world in this way: He gave His One and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world that He might condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.
