When we don't limit God He can do above and beyond what we can ask or think. To that note, He can also work in us to do above and beyond what Jesus did.

“I assure you: The one who believes in Me will also do the works that I do. And he will do even greater works than these, because I am going to the Father.

Why? Because the whole trinity is working together to win the souls of the pre-saved. And we are just the vessels that God chooses to use. He could have chosen to use animals, angels, or rocks to do it, but instead, He chooses us, imperfect people, to reach out to imperfect people with the perfect gospel for their salvation. This should give us a sense of worth. God wants to use us! He does not have to, but He wants to. Why? 
So that He may get the glory.

Will we allow all three parts of the Trinity to work in us so that God may do above and beyond what we ask or think? Or will we limit God in our lives and He will use another to accomplish that work that He has for us?

​ The women with the issue of blood Soon after I was married our pastor’s wife gave a message called “The Hem of Him” and this woman was the main subject of her message. She talked about how she had to press through the crowd to get to Jesus. She talked about how she was unclean and should not be in the crowd. The Word of God is #1 living!

​ I want to take the next 4 to 6 posts in BQTT to dwell on what “the word of God is”. The Word of God is #1 living! In our hands, we do not hold some dusty old relic of some 35 to 40 authors. But a living book written by God through the hands of many different people over 1,000’s of years. Have you ever been reading a normal book and a few words jump off the page to say, “Hey, read me again.”? I bet there have been very few times this has happened, but now, how often have the words written in the Bible done that for you? If you spend any amount of time reading the Bible I would say it has happened more than the normal literature.  Last night I was lying down and a verse reference popped into my head. I did not immediately know the words of this verse but had to look it up.  The verse was, “Who makes a god or casts a metal image for no profit?” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭44‬:‭10‬ ‭HCSB ‬‬ This is another aspect of the Bible being alive.
