My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. For My flesh is true food, and My blood is true drink

The flesh and blood of Jesus is true food! Those who eat and drink have eternal life! When we take communion (The Lord’s Supper) we are eating of Jesus’ flesh and blood. 

I wanted to share with you that today I ate communion as my breakfast. I want Jesus to be my real sustaining power in my life. I want His real drink and food moving through my body. I want the energy for the day to be from Him. I want to continue to do this every morning. I used what I had on hand, simple wheat bread and grape juice. Maybe in time, I will use non-yeast bread but I don’t plan on using wine. But all in all, I want Jesus to be more involved in my life.
