“Now without faith, it is impossible to please God, for the one who draws near to Him must believe that He exists and rewards those who seek Him.”
“He (Abraham) did not waver in unbelief at God’s promise but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, because he was fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.”

Doubt believes things will not change for the better, but faith believes God will change everything for the better. Fear is doubt looking to the future. Anxiety is doubt looking at the past. But faith, hope, and love work together to find the good in the past, present, and future.
“Now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.”
1 Corinthians 13:13 HCSB
And God works in all three to bring out the desired outcome of any situation.
“We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.”
But the hard part of each day is finding faith to hold on and not give up.
“So faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the message about Christ.”
I like just about any other translation.
“So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.”

We have fear, anxiety, and worry rattling around in our heads, but the key is to get the Word of God in and make it the loudest voice in our heads. Then faith, hope, and love will overflow out of our heads and down into our hearts and out of our mouths.
“A good man produces good out of the good storeroom of his heart. An evil man produces evil out of the evil storeroom, for his mouth speaks from the overflow of the heart.”
Over the next few days and weeks, let us pay attention to what is flowing into our ears and out of our mouths. If we need to we ought to switch off our music and TV and switch on the Bible. The Bible app will read us the Bible. Audible will let you get one book for free, make it a Bible, and listen to it when you are driving, running, or working out. Maybe you have a favorite app for Bible listening, please leave a comment, or send me a message so that way we can learn to hear the Bible better. Another way is to read your own bible out loud with your friends, family, and yourself (I am not good at this one)!
